At this moment, the Town of Huntersville does not accept payments via the internet or over the phone. All payments must be processed through a check or cash mailed or hand-delivered to the Town.

As part of the submittal process, you will need to submit a TIA Determination of Need form. An evaluation of this form will determine whether you are required to complete a Traffic Impact Analysis for your project.
To request that street lights be taken over by the Town, a street light request application must be submitted. It is not a guarantee that all street lights will be taken over by the Town. Street lights are accepted based on the annual budget set by Town officials. If your street lights are not taken over by the Town, they will be added to a waiting list and accepted in the order of requests received.

All new construction, commercial and subdivision, must go through the Huntersville application process for approval. An application can be accessed on the Town's Planning page, as well as more information about the submittal process.
