1. Do I need to submit a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for my land development project?

As part of the submittal process, you will need to submit a TIA Determination of Need form.  An evaluation of this form will determine whether you are required to complete a Traffic Impact Analysis for your project.  

2. How do I apply for new development construction?

All new construction, commercial and/or subdivision, must be reviewed and approved by Town staff.  Contact the Planning Department at 704-875-7000 or planning@huntersville.org for more information.
