This generates a selection list. - We anticipate booking 1-5 savory food trucks and 1-2 sweet food truck options per event (this will vary based on event size). - Trucks may be selected based on theme, need or request of public - variety is our #1 priority. - If you are accepted, the contract will be due no later than 3 days after your acceptance email. If all paperwork is not received, we will offer your spot to trucks on the wait list. Accepted food trucks are required to submit the following: 1) Provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) following The Town of Huntersville Guidelines 2) Submit signed food vendor contract 3) Submit a copy of your most recent kitchen inspection Our events run RAIN or SHINE. The Town of Huntersville's Sesquicentennial Committee is creating a community time capsule to be installed during the annual Huntersville Christmas Event at Veterans Park on December 3, 2023. Items donated should represent a snapshot of what you love about our Town, for future generations to discover. Submissions will be collected through October 27, 2023. Vendor space is 10’x10’ and vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays. Cost of a space varies dependent upon event type. Multiple spaces may be reserved. All applicants will be screened to ensure a diverse offering of artistic media. Town of Huntersville requests images representative of work to be sold and/or marketed in order to assess vendor diversity. We expect our events to run RAIN or SHINE.
