All meetings will be conducted virtually. Staff will review plans and answer questions remotely. Customers are asked to reach out to staff primarily by email. If a call is needed, customers can contact planners directly at their office line, the planner will receive the voicemail message. Our staff contact list contains email and phone numbers for each staff member.

Permitting & Inspections: Building Permits, Zoning Use Permits, Sign Permits, etc. as well as Zoning inspections will continue to be fulfilled.
Meetings: All meetings for work in progress will be held virtually. Your individual planner will provide you with all the details regarding the virtual meeting.
Suspended Meetings: All Pre-Submittal meetings and Town advisory and committee meetings (Planning Board, Town Board, Ordinance Advisory Board, Board of Adjustments) have been suspended until April 6, 2020 (date subject to change). Items subject to the Boards review and approval will be heard at future meetings. All public hearing notices and meeting dates will be updated on the website and letters will be sent to notify residents who live within 250 feet of the subject property in accord with our standard practice.
Plan Review Fees: Plan review fees may be mailed to the Town of Huntersville, Attention: Planning Department, PO Box 664, Huntersville NC 28070 or paid online via the payment link emailed to the project coordinators email address.
Zoning Fees: Zoning fees may be paid via the Town of Huntersville’s online payment portal or mailed to the Town of Huntersville, Attention: Planning Department, PO Box 664, Huntersville NC 28070 . No in-person fees are being accepted at this time.
Mylars: The signing of mylars is by appointment only.
