Benefits Broker and Consulting Services

The Town of Huntersville requests proposals and a statement of qualifications from qualified consulting/broker firms (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) to provide benefit broker and consulting services including assistance with plan design and vendors, communication of the program to employees, provision of an employee enrollment platform, employee enrollment support, a consolidated payroll deduction feed for all plans and optional coverage elected by employees. Bidding and evaluation of plans, contract negotiation, on-going evaluation, plan modification and other services required to obtain and maintain a competitive benefits program.
