New Employees

Jonathan Tolley

The Huntersville Police Department is pleased to announce that one of our vacant police officer positions has been filled by Jonathan Tolley. Jonathan is originally from Raleigh, NC but has lived in the area for two years. Jonathan graduated from UNCC with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. He earned his Basic Law Enforcement Training at Wake Tech Community College in December 2017.

Michael Frazer

The Huntersville Police Department is pleased to announce that one of our vacant police officer positions has been filled by Michael Frazer. Michael is originally from Sierra Leone, Africa, but has lived in the area since 1999. Michael has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from UNC Charlotte and earned his Master of Business Administration from Strayer University in Concord, NC. Michael graduated from the CMPD Academy in March 2008. He served with CMPD as a patrol officer and community coordinator until 2016. During his time with CMPD he was awarded a Life Saving Award and earned his Intermediate Law Enforcement Certificate.

Jofranstar Graham

The Huntersville Police Department is pleased to announce that one of our vacant police officer positions has been filled by Jofranstar Graham. Jofranstar is originally from Fayatteville, NC but hast lived in the area for almost two years. Jofranstar earned his Basic Law Enforcement Training Certification from Sand Hills Community College. He served with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office for 10 years.

Chelsea Tumeo

The Huntersville Police Department is pleased to announce that one of our vacant police officer positions has been filled by Chelsea Tumeo. Chelsea is originally from Columbus, OH and has lived in the area since March 2016. Chelsea has completed Military Police Law Enforcement Certification and is currently attending Basic Law Enforcement Training at CPCC. She expects to graduate in April 2018. Chelsea served as a Military Police Officer in the Marines from November 2011 to July 2015.
