This plan includes a number of recommendations and implementation strategies for the development of the downtown over the next 20 years, covering such areas as transportation, traffic circulation, parking; civic infrastructure; private development; marketing and branding. The Downtown Master Plan is intended to guide public and private development initiatives during this planning time frame and insure the creation of a vibrant town center that will be the defining place and image for the Town of Huntersville.
