Change of Use

A Change of Use is required when a property proposes a use different than the current use or the use for which the property was approved. Each use is subject to unique conditions based on approved plans and ordinances.

Examples of projects for which a change of use is required includes, but is not limited to: a restaurant converting to a daycare, the expansion of an existing building or parking area, and the conversion of a house to a commercial use.
