Huntersville Planning is responsible for the development of long range planning policies and the processing of current applications for parcel and subdivision map changes, site plan and design reviews to promote compliance with the Town's design guidelines and principles, and the processing of conditional use permits. The division is also responsible for administering the zoning ordinance, and promoting high-quality urban design.
