When unnecessary hardships would result from carrying out the strict letter of a zoning ordinance, the Board of Adjustment shall vary any of the provisions of the ordinance if all of the standards of Article 11.3.2 (E) are met.
The Zoning Administrator is authorized to grant administrative waivers of minor deviations of no more than 3% of the relevant standard from measurable and quantifiable standards of this ordinance subject to the limitations of Article 11.3.3 (A).
