What is SNAP? The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (also called Food and Nutrition Services) provides low income residents with money to purchase certain foods and products. EBT card holders can purchase tokens from our HPRD tent and use the tokens to shop and pay the vendors for goods purchased. EBT card shoppers can only purchase: bread, baked goods, fruits & veggies, dairy, eggs, meat, fish, poultry, preserves, honey & syrups, seeds & plants that produce food.
