SafetyTown 2010

Registration is closed. All sessions have been filled.

Safety Town is a one-week program for children entering kindergarten in August 2010 that teaches life-saving lessons on strangers, traffic, fire, pedestrians, guns, poisons, drugs, playground, bus, and bicycle safety.  The child-sized town includes working traffic lights, miniature street signs (stop, pedestrian crossing, railroad crossing, etc.), crosswalks and eight colorful little buildings representing our town!
First week – June 14th -17th
Second week – June 21st -24th
There will be AM and PM Sessions!
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
All Sessions will be held at Blythe Elementary School

Registration Starts March 15th go to www.huntersvillepd.org for student application.
 
All applications MUST be delivered to the Police Department in person on or after March 15, 2010.

Fee is $50.00 includes t-shirt, class photo, bicycle helmet, daily snacks, and drinks
