Town Engineering Standards and Procedures Manual
Previously, the Town of Huntersville utilized the Mecklenburg County Land Development Standards for reference in review of plans for development within the Town.  As of November 16, 2009, the Town has published an Engineering Standards and Procedures Manual for utilization in review of plans for development within the Town.  All new development plan submittals (those plans submitted for the first time after November 16, 2009) will need to utilize these standards and procedures.  The manual (PDF format) can be downloaded by clicking HERE.
