Recycling collection is handled by Waste Management
and will be collected once a week. Recycling must be curbside by
7:00 a.m. on your collection day. Items that can be recycled include:
Metal Cans (aluminum or steel), including soft
drink, beer & food cans. Rinse out cans.
#1 & #2 Plastic Containers, including soft
drink, liquor bottles, milk jugs and detergent bottles.
Glass Bottles & Jars: Clear, green and brown
glass is acceptable. Remove caps & lids and rinse out.
Newspapers, Magazines, Catalogs, Phone Books,
Junk Mail & White Paper: When recycling these items, please
separate them from other recyclables by placing them in a paper
bag and stacking them beneath or beside your recycling bin.
Cardboard Boxes: Must be broken down into 2' L
x 3' W x 2' H bundles.
Recycling that does not meet the above criteria
will be tagged as non-compliant. If the resident makes household
garbage conform, it will be collected at the next regularly scheduled
pick-up.
