Plan Overview

The URCSAP is a long-range land use and transportation plan that will guide future land use, transportation and infrastructure investment decisions by the Town, developers and property owners. This plan is being prepared in response to anticipated development likely to occur in conjunction with extension of the Ramah Creek sewer line from Huntersville-Concord Road to NC 73 (Davidson-Concord Road).

Plan Schedule

A final draft plan is currently under preparation and is expected to be presented to the Planning Board at their September 23rd meeting.
