Home School Standup Paddling-Introductory Class

Standup Paddling is Lake Norman’s newest sport and popular sport! This Home School class will not be like any others! This 2 hour introductory class will teach students how to do it as well as give the parents a shot at participating! At the end of the class you will be able to stand up paddle board all on your own! Participants will need to wear a bathing suite and bring a towel. All other equipment will be provided.

We want to take full advantage of being outdoors and at a beautiful park, so please plan on staying after the class and join us for a pizza picnic at the park located at the end of Sample Road where we will be paddle boarding. We will take care of drinks and the pizza; feel free to bring anything else you may want!
