The Huntersville Market has been providing the community with healthy,
regionally grown produce and baked goods for years.

Come early to get the pick of the produce!

Come join us Saturday mornings 8am-12pm at Huntersville Elementary School (200 Gilead Rd.), 
for the best items our local farmers have to offer including fresh produce, meats, seafood, artisan breads, 
delicious cakes and homemade cupcakes, jams and jellies, fresh cut flowers, potted plants and much, much more!

This Season at the Market:


July 23 – Christmas in July: Come out and visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus from 9am-11am as they are taking a vacation in Huntersville! Parents/guardians are encouraged to bring cameras for pictures. Chef Matt will be sampling holiday favorite foods! DJ, face painting, and Christmas games will be free. Snow cones available for purchase.

July 30 – Young Entrepreneur Day: Do you have kids who aspire to be entrepreneurs? Reach out to the market manager to set up a booth and sell their creations. Join us as well to celebrate National Cheesecake Day with our vendor – Jazzy Cheesecakes!

August 6 – Little Chef’s Day: Come learn to cook with Chef Matt for free! Ages 5-12. Session start times: 9am/10am/11am. Sessions last approximately 20 minutes. 

August 13 – Farmer’s Market Week: Come celebrate National Farmers Market Week as Chef Matt will be rotating for you to sample farm to fork selections from our different market vendors. 

August 20 - Live Music by Who Carez Band: Join us for live music by the band "Who Carez,"  a 4-piece band that covers many genres of music including rock, pop, country, and alternative. Miranda-Lead Vocals; Payton-Guitar/Keyboard/Backing Vocals; Justin-Bass/Backing Vocals; Bryce-Drums.

August 27 – National Dog Day: We are celebrating our four legged friends! Chef Matt will be making treats. Please check back for updated businesses and adoptions that will be on site and participating this year. Any dog brought must be current on all vaccinations. Please make sure your animal is OK with other animals, kids, and adults. Any aggressive animals will be asked to leave.

September 3 – Johnny Appleseed Day: Taste locally grown apples and let us know which one is best! We will also have some delicious recipes from Chef Matt on how to cook your apples in appetizers, entrees, desserts and more. Don't forget to try the fresh apple cider brewing!

September 10 – Grandparent’s Day: Bring your grandparent to the market to celebrate National Waffle week. Everyone will get to try Chef Matt’s famous waffle recipe!

September 17 – Vendor Cook-off: Come see what our vendors whip up in the kitchen. From appetizers to soups and sides, you’ll be able to tell us which vendors cooked the best! The vendor who wins will be awarded with the 2016 Vendor Cook-off Trophy.

September 24 – Join us for our last market of the season! We will have live music and this is your last chance to get produce or baked goods from the vendors until 2017!
