Mecklenburg County’s Asset and Facility Management has begun a window replacement renovation at North County Regional Library, 16500 Holly Crest Lane, Huntersville NC, that will last from now until July.

Phase 1: During the first phase of the renovation, currently underway, the Library will be open to the public with some noise from the construction work and periods of higher heat or humidity as windows are replaced.

Phase 2: During the middle phase of the renovation, the Library will close to the public from May 7 through June 9. During the closure, a temporary service outlet will open at Birkdale Village, 16815 Cranlyn Road, Huntersville, NC. This will be a temporary location for North County customers to pick up holds, with a light browsing collection of popular library materials for all ages. There will be no seating, computer access, programs, classes or storytimes.  Stay tuned to www.cmlibrary.org for more details as they become available.

Phase 3: During the last phase of the renovation, after it reopens, the Library will open to the public with some noise from the construction work and periods of higher heat or humidity as windows are replaced.
