The URCBSAP is a long-range land use and transportation plan that will guide future land use, transportation and infrastructure investment decisions by the Town, developers and property owners. This plan is being prepared in response to anticipated development likely to occur in conjunction with extension of the Ramah Creek sewer line from Huntersville-Concord Road to NC 73 (Davidson-Concord Road).

The planning schedule for the URCBSAP calls for public information meetings on January 9th and March 13th (2014) @ 6:30 pm, with a draft plan to be prepared in April 2014.  A final plan is expected to be completed in June of 2014.  To view the URCBSAP project schedule click here.
