Huntersville Town Hall will be the site of an informational charrette on the proposed I-77 widening project on Wednesday, February 27th from 2:30 - 4:00 p.m. Representatives from the North Carolina Department of Transportation and experts on the design/build concept will be available for citizens to meet and ask questions. Chief Financial Officer for the NCDOT, Jim Trogdon, will be on hand to introduce the experts.
“To have a group of experts at this caliber is an incredible opportunity for citizens and business owners to learn about the project. I believe having face-to-face time with the people who understand the driving forces on the I-77 project will provide the best venue to answer any remaining questions,” said Huntersville Mayor Jill Swain.
Citizens are encouraged to park at Huntersville Town Hall, or in the parking garage at Town Center. For any additional questions, please contact Mayor Swain at email@example.com
