HUNTERSVILLE, NC:

On July 27, 2016 at approximately 10:00 pm, Huntersville Police Officers responded to Jimmy John’s Sandwich Shop, located at 14311 Reese Boulevard, in reference to an armed robbery. The unknown suspect, brandishing a firearm, entered the store just after closing and stole an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a black male in his late twenties, 5’ 7”, 150 lbs., wearing blue pants, dark shirt, black boots and had sunglasses and a bandana over his face. The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction of travel. Currently this case is under investigation by detectives with the Huntersville Police Department.
