MEDIA RELEASE “D.A.R.E. Camp”

The Huntersville Police Department would like to announce its annual D.A.R.E. Camp.

D.A.R.E. Camp is a summer program that enhances the lessons learned in the D.A.R.E. classroom and gives students a chance to practice those skills with their D.A.R.E. officers in a relaxed, fun filled environment. Field trips and action packed activities are planned each day.

Camp Dates:
Camp 1 - July 18-21, 2016
Camp 2 - July 25-28, 2016
Camp 3 - August 8-11, 2016
Camp 4 - August 15-18, 2016

Camp cost is $225. Some scholarships are available.

The official registration kick off is 5:00 pm on May 2, 2016 at Chick-fil-A Lake Norman. However, unlike in previous years, applications will be accepted early. You may visit the Huntersville Police website at huntersvillepd.org to obtain an application.
