The Town of Huntersville Parks and Recreation Department is seeking bids for the mowing of certain park facilities and town properties. All proposers must attend a pre-bid meeting that will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at Bradford Park located at 17005 Davidson-Concord Road in Huntersville. The meeting will begin at 8:00am and will include a walk through the properties that you will consider bidding on. You must be in attendance for both the meeting and the walk through for your bid to be considered by the Town.

Interested proposers may obtain the Proposer’s Information Packet with necessary forms and requirements at the Huntersville Parks and Recreation Department. Proposers are cautioned that any response to this RFB shall not be considered an “official proposal” unless received on the Proposal Form included in the Proposer’s Information Packet.

The Town may, at its sole discretion, reject any or all proposals submitted in response to this RFB. The Town shall not be liable for any cost incurred in connection with preparation and submittal of any proposal. In the event the Town accepts a proposal, a contract will be awarded to the proposer who has submitted the proposal deemed to be in the best interest(s) of the Town.

The Proposer’s Information Packet is available at the Huntersville Parks and Recreation Department Offices located at 105 Gilead Road 3rd floor, Huntersville, NC 28078. All bids are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2015. The contract will begin on March 1st.
