Residents should take note of changes coming June 1st to the recycling collection schedule.  Previously, recycling collection has been split up to cover residents east of I-77 one week and areas west of I-77 the next week (currently the week of May 18-22).

Over half of all Huntersville households will be affected by changes coming Monday, June 1, 2015 that will make every resident's recycling collection day of the week the same as their garbage and yard waste collection, which are already on the same day for all town residents.  Recycling service will still be performed every other week.

Please visit www.huntersville.org/recycling to verify your day and week of collection under the new schedule.

June 1st falls on Week B of the recycling schedule.  Week A begins June 8th.  There are pdf links to maps for A Week collection (starts June 8th) and B Week collection (starts June 1st) at the site linked above.

For more information about these changes or to verify your day and week of collection under the revised schedule, please contact Advanced Disposal at (704) 596-9428.
