Last week, the Huntersville Police Department was notified by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention that their personnel will be conducting a survey in Mecklenburg County from April 3 through June 6, 2015 for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES).
A sample of about 459 people from Mecklenburg will be asked to participate throughout the county and interviewers will be knocking on doors of randomly selected households countywide. They will conduct brief questionnaires at the doorstep to obtain demographic information to identify sample participants for the survey.
More information about NHANES can be viewed online at: http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/factsheets/factsheet_nhanes.htm#NHANES.
